Exchanges are done as returns. Simply return the item and place an order for the new item. All returns are done through our returns portal.
If the replacement is time sensitive, we recommend placing an order for the replacement before the store credit or refund is processed to save time. You will receive an email when your return is received and another when your refund or store credit is processed.
Can I just exchange the pants of the suit if the jacket fits but the pants don't?
Unfortunately, our suits are sold as set and cannot be returned or exchanged separately. Keep in mind that suits often require alterations. Pants can be taken in up to 4 inches or let out up to 2 inches without impacting the look of the pants.
